I have been interested in people for as long as I can remember and decided to study Psychology at the University of Wales. I graduated in 1998. I have been interested in natural health for many years, which has taken me on a journey of discovery. I began reading books on eastern philosophies and alternative health. During this time I became fascinated with the union of the mind and body and how this connection has a direct impact upon the health and well-being of a person; and the dynamics of the ‘idea’ that the body had an inherent desire to heal itself. This later led me to become a Reiki practitioner.  Whilst on my Reiki course I was introduced to homeopathy. I found the concept of homeopathy deeply fascinating and as a result I embarked on my homeopathic studies.

I graduated from The Practical College of Homeopathy, in London in 2006, one of the most cutting edge colleges in the UK. I am fully insured and my practice is based in Brighton and Hove, East Sussex.

I use an integrative approach, using a variety of tools - not just one in isolation, to health and well-being. Approaching well-being with unity; uniting homeopathy, flower essences, energy healing, nutrition, herbs and yoga to address imbalances and blocks and allows the healing process to be tailor made to suit individual needs. Used collectively these tools can be used to transform the roots of what is keeping us stuck in our (past) issues and preventing us from living in the present moment, in the 'now'.

My journey has more recently led me to the facination with healing karmic issues. Karmic issues are the roots of the conditioning that keeps us stuck in our issues. Most of these patterns have been held and expressed through many lifetimes, so they are very ingrained and held in our karmic body. To heal karmic issues, I tried many therapies, but my 'search' continued until I came across Vortex Healing®. Vortex Healing is a wonderful form of Divine energy healing from the Merlin lineage which works with divine light and consciousness. Most healing arts work with the divine energy but do not access divine consciousness. Although divine energy is pure healing energy, it is divine consciousness that transforms the roots of the consciousness of separateness.

Working with our issues that create division within and serve to reinforce the illusion of a separate 'I', is part of the humbling process of understanding about ourselves and waking up to reveal our true nature. Integrative therapy places an emphasis upon the individual uniting several healing tool, such as homeopathy, energy healing, nutrition, herbs, flower essences and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT); used collectively treats a person on all levels.
