(Please note that my phone-in time is Friday between 3pm and 5pm. You can leave a message at other times and I will get back to you as soon as I can. You can also email me with your question and I will reply as soon as I can.)

A consultation will take one hour. During this time you will be asked detailed questions about yourself, so that the best remedy is prescribed for your unique needs. I will work on getting a detailed overview of your body and its characteristics. You will be asked about many aspects of your life, such as your emotional state, your sleep patterns and how you cope with stress, what kind of things you are sensitive to or react to, what you like and are attracted to.

It is worth remembering that Homeopathy is a process or a journey rather than a one-off visit. Appointments usually happen on a monthly basis until improvement is clearly shown at which time further treatments would occur at a less regular frequency.
