Kids Yoga

Yoga for 4-7 year olds

Yoga helps young children on many different levels. From a physical perspective the postures can improve motor skills, co-ordination, flexibility and balance. Each class will either take us on a different adventure, from the ocean floor to the surface of the moon and back again or will be centred on a theme, such as the senses, or the elements.

Classes combine yoga postures and games with quiet time and breath work leaving children feeling refreshed and calm. Among other things this can aid hyperactivity and sleeping problems.
