What to expect

A treatment will take one hour. The client will be fully clothed and relaxed lying on a mat or couch. The practitioner places their hands on the client's shoulders to tune-in and connect to the energy channel.

If appropriate I draw upon several tools which I use alongside Vortex Healing, such as homeopathy, herbs, nutrition, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Bush flower and Alaskan essences. This may require a separate session.
