What to expect

A treatment will take approximately one hour. The client will be fully clothed and relaxed lying on a mat or couch.

I use an integrative approach using a variety of tools - not just one in isolation, to health and well-being. Approaching well-being with unity; uniting Homeopathy, Flower Essences, Energy Healing, Nutrition, Herbs and Yoga to address imbalances and blocks, and also helps to enhance the healing process. Used collectively these tools can be used to transform the roots of what is keeping us stuck in our (past) issues and preventing us from living in the present moment, in the 'now'.

Integrative therapy allows the healing process to be tailor made to suit your individual needs.
