Nicki's Yoga Training
We spend much of our lives living in our heads and listening to the inner chatter that is created by our thoughts. Yoga postures, or asanas work on excercising the entire body, including internal organs and stimulate chakras and meridians; this help to release blocks and improve flexibility and circulation. Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation techniques help to remove negativity and bring peace of mind.
Yoga helps to still the mind and bring you to a place of union with the Self. Yoga means untity or oneness of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Yoga allows you to tune-in to yourself, turning your attention internally, to get in touch with ourselves.
